Getting started
My idea isn’t fully formed yet. Can I still get in touch?
Of course. Most projects start with a single sentence; that’s exactly what discovery is for.
How do we get started?
With a short intro call. Then, during discovery, we pin down the problem, the users and the scope together.
Can we work together on just one stage?
Yes. We also take on design only, development only, or maintenance of an existing product.
Do you take over existing products?
Yes. We start by reviewing the code and infrastructure, and share our findings in writing.
Timing and pricing
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. At the end of discovery, we share a clear timeline and a phased plan.
How do you price projects?
Per project, at a fixed price; we don’t bill by the hour. After discovery, we pin down the scope and send you a written proposal.
How does payment work?
We split payment into stages; the amount and timing of each are set out in writing in the proposal. Every payment is invoiced.
Ownership and handover
Who owns the code and the designs?
You do. Once payments are complete, the source code, design files and all accounts are transferred to you.
Which account is the app published under?
Your own developer account, so the product is published in your name. We help you set the account up.
Can we update the content ourselves?
Yes. We set up a panel so you can manage the content yourselves.
How do you deliver the work?
Designs as a clickable prototype, code in your own Git repository, both with setup and usage notes.
Data and security
Where is our data processed?
Wherever possible, on servers in Türkiye or the European Union, in line with KVKK, Türkiye’s data-protection law. We set out in writing at the start of the project which data goes where.
Who handles hosting?
Either works: we can set it up on your own account and hand it over, or run the server for you under a maintenance agreement. Either way, you keep access and backups too.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Human approval is mandatory at the critical steps; output that isn’t approved goes nowhere.
How do you handle data-protection compliance?
Data security and compliance are in the architecture from day one. What data is collected, and how it is stored, is decided during discovery.
Launch and care
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Maintenance, updates and support are on the table from day one of every project.
How long does app store approval take?
Apple’s and Google’s review times vary. We manage the submission, any fixes they ask for, and resubmission.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
In most cases, yes. We review your current setup first and recommend the best way to connect.
